Hi,

This is my first post to the forum, it’s very informative and enjoyable really.

According to Routers, Myspace will cut its staff by 30 percent. As you can guess, Facebook and Twitter are very powerful competitors of myspace. There are many more competitor in online community industry and I wonder which one will become most powerful. Any predictions?

First of all welcome to the forum. We hope this forum grows and becomes helpful for the niche market we want.

Now regarding your post:
I agree with you as far as how the tides change. Facebook overcame in popularity myspace because its ease of use. Also you have to remember that these social phenomenom have the cool effect attached to them..

It was cool in 2003 to have myspace.. it was cool in 2005 to have facebook and now its "cool' to use twitter..

There will be a new one round the corner soon enough.. the project for facebook and twitter (myspace is more or less done) is to maintain the momentum and keep the current users enthralled with useful recurring services..

In this business reinventing until you find your niche is key.. with the "socials" they need to keep reinventing always because its a totally new business model they are creating... which is excting yet daunting.. :}

BTW even tho this topic is really interesteting lets please try to stick to the topic of reviewing, recommending and revealing apps :)..

Please tell us what is your current phone that you have and why you like it so much? What apps are on it? :)

Cheers
